Because being alone on Valentine’s Day is never a fun thing, get your friends together and sign up for a completely unexpected fitness class. Do a class that none of you have ever tried before like an acroyoga class or a trampoline fitness class. This will be a fun way to burn calories and you’ll love making the memories with your squad.
Take some time to relax.
After your sweat sesh, carve out some major “me” time. Run yourself a lavender bath, turn on some music, and crack open that book you’ve had beside your bed for months (you know, the one you keep telling yourself you’ll read and never get to.) This is time when you don’t have to worry about anything else and you can just be.
